Site owner can sell author membership package and booking via woocommerce. For shop type, user can buy products as normal. And each listing can have its own products.

6. What is the difference between CityBook theme?

They have the same listing management system, but TownHub was made for customization easier. They have different style also.

7. Is there a sperate private user/ listing owner sign up, so they have each relevant dashboards?

Registered user has subscriber role, and become listing author only when they purchase a membership package. And they have different dashboard. You can try register other user without selecting Register as author to see how they are different.

8. Can I add custom fields for submit/edit listing page and filter form?
